Implementation

Once the project is approved we begin the Implementation phase. Strategic Design Services manages all facets of the project, including timelines, detailed engineering, permitting, procurement, strict adherence to budget, installation, integration, startup testing, and system commissioning. We coordinate and track all vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that all implementation is completed to our standards. Our goal is complete satisfaction with the implemented solution.
