Executive Approval

Because validating a proposed solution to an executive team is a critical step in the process, Strategic Design Services partners with our clients every step of the way. We walk the executive team through the concepts and designs in a succinct but thorough presentation. This session is designed to identify pain points and offer justification for completing the project. The outcome of this session is approval to move forward.

We provide all materials needed to present the final recommendations to the executive team, which may include:

Concept drawings
Narrative of system functions
Details of the data analysis, such as the SKU analysis or the GAP analysis
Return On Investment projections
3D renderings of proposed system
3D computer emulation of the system
Microsoft project timeline illustrating the implementation phase

Our Executive Approval process will review established goals, budget and timeline, ensuring that there are no surprises during the process.
