Cincinnati WERCouncil, co-founded in October 2008 by AHS and led by AHS employee, Brian Jaynes. Cincinnati WERC (Warehousing Education and Research Council) offers networking and professional development opportunities throughout the year to WERC members and the distribution community at large. Cincinnati WERCouncil events will focus on exchanging knowledge about the practical aspects of warehouse management by bringing together warehousing and distribution experts, touring facilities and tapping industry thought leaders.
The Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), is the only national trade association dedicated solely to improving the proficiency of the independent material handling distributor. MHEDA represents over 600 companies in the material handling equipment business. The association provides services to companies seeking to improve their business through education, networking, benchmarking and best practices. Chuck Frank, President/CEO of AHS, Inc., serves as Treasurer and is serving his fifth year on the MHEDA Board.
CharitiesWe recognize the important role we play as a thriving business in our local community. That is why we partner with local charities that provide us the opportunity to get involved and give back. We assist the following charities in various ways including clothing drives, volunteer days, monetary support and sponsorships.
